Kellie J. Wright—Author, Speaker,
& Self-Love Transformation Guide
Living, Writing, and Rising: From Darkness to Light
Welcome. I’m Kellie J. Wright — author, counselor, speaker, and founder of Internal Journeys, a transformational body of work devoted to healing, self-awareness, embodiment, and spiritual growth.
For over a decade, I have studied and lived the process of personal transformation through psychology, faith, nervous system healing, storytelling, and deep inner work. My books, courses, podcast, and teachings were created to help others reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate lives rooted in love, meaning, and conscious awareness.
This website serves as the home of my written works, the Internal Journeys mastery teachings, the Self-Love Karma podcast, and the evolving frameworks that continue to emerge through my personal and professional journey.
Whether you are here to heal, grow, reflect, or rediscover your voice, you are welcome here.
My Mission:
From Darkness to Light
My work bridges psychology, embodiment, spiritual growth, and conscious transformation — guiding people from fear toward love, from fragmentation toward wholeness, and from the light of self-awareness toward the eternal light of love.
Whether you are just beginning your journey or walking deeply through your own transformation, I want you to remember this:
You are not alone.
You are deeply loved.
And perhaps, even now, God is calling you home to yourself.

About Me
I am a speaker, author, transformational guide, and mental health professional devoted to helping others cultivate self-awareness, emotional healing, embodiment, and conscious transformation.
My work integrates psychology, spiritual development, nervous system awareness, narrative healing, and soul-centered living to support individuals in reconnecting with their authentic selves and creating meaningful, purpose-driven lives.
Through books, courses, workshops, podcast conversations, and transformational teachings, I guide others through processes of renewing the mind, healing the inner world, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and their spiritual path.
The teachings within Internal Journeys are rooted in lived experience, reflective practice, and over a decade of transformational work exploring identity, consciousness, healing, and human potential.
My Work:
Internal Narcissus and IN 90-Day Transformation
Internal Narcissus and the IN 90-Day Transformation Process explore the power of self-reflection as a pathway to healing, awareness, and personal transformation.
Using the symbolic framework of the Internal Narcissus, this work invites individuals to examine the inner patterns, protective identities, emotional conditioning, and survival responses that shape the way they see themselves and move through the world.
Through guided reflection, psychological insight, embodiment practices, journaling, and transformational exercises, participants learn how to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, renew limiting beliefs, and reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.
At its core, this work is about learning to see yourself clearly — not through shame or self-rejection, but through conscious awareness, compassion, accountability, and intentional growth.
